Hi, I'm Shayla! I'm just a small-town wife, momma, and photographer based out of Mason County, WV. I first picked up my camera to capture my own sweet babies grow when I found my passion of documenting life’s sweetest moments.

I strive to create keepsakes of your family that will still be around to show generation after generation. Your session with me is more than just perfectly posed images to hang on the wall. I aim for it to feel fun and a memorable time for the whole family. Pictures you can feel.

Sometimes it’s the smallest, most unexpected spots that will inspire me during your sessions. Have you ever heard the term “it’s the photographer that makes the photo not the camera”? Would you have ever known this photo was in fact taken in a tiny little patch of wildflowers nuzzled between two guardrails of a parking lot? And look how dreamy it made this newborn shoot!
